Simple, Fair, Transparent 

Once a year all property owners are asked to contribute to the maintenance of Fila Cacao. This annual contribution is based on distance and use of property using a simple, fair-to-all calculation and is done transparently for all to see.  

Distance: 

Distance is calculated in meters from the entrance of Fila Cacao to the principal driveway/entrance of the property. Its simple. The more road you use, the more you are asked to contribute.

Use of land is defined as:

• Undeveloped property or building lot. 

• Property with a dwelling or residence,           

• Business (that generates regular traffic) 

• Agriculture (cattle farmer)
